How It Works

Step 1:  Choose your package below based upon your transaction volume and reporting needs.

Step 2:  Buy your selected package by selecting the "Buy Now" button.  At checkout, make sure to select the SUBSCRIPTION option and NOT the ONE-TIME PURCHASE option.

Step 3:  Once we receive your order, we will contact you to complete the registration process.  At this time, we will assign you an account representative who will manage the setup and bookkeeping for your business.  To properly keep your books, you will need to provide your account representative with:

1.  Digital "read only" access to your bank accounts & business credit card accounts (if applicable).  We use this to download and process the majority of your transactions.

2.  If you are an existing business without your own bookkeeping software, we will need your chart of accounts and ending balances of all accounts in your general ledger (for the prior month).  We will need these to set up your company within our bookkeeping system.

3.  Digital Source Documents (i.e. receipts, invoices, bills, check stubs, etc) for all of your transactions.  These should be provided to us on a monthly basis.

4.  The contact email or mailing address you would like your monthly reports sent to.

5.  Any other data that is necessary to properly track and report on your businesses activities.

Step 4:  Once your account is set up, you may contact your account representative at any time with any questions you may have.
